Alyce (McGinnis) Collins Wagner, 83, of Canton went home to reside in Christ's arms on April 28, 2018. Alyce was born in Massillon, Ohio on July 7th 1934 to the late Ralph and Leota McGinnis. She is survived by her loving husband of 37 years, Harry Wagner. Alyce was co-owner of Arrow Ceramics which she operated with her husband for 27 years.
In addition to her parents, Alyce was preceded in death by her brother, Ralph McGinnis Jr, sisters Donna Jamison and Katie (William) Finley. She is survived by her sister, Janet (Carl) Bender, children Daniel (Barbara) Collins, David (Lori) Collins, Elizabeth (Dennis) Taylor, Laura (Joseph) Leone, step-daughters Charlotte (Marco) Caponi, and Dorothy (John) Martincic. Alyce celebrated life with her 19 grandchildren, 30 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild and countless nieces and nephews.
The family would like to extend their deepest appreciation to the sisters of House of Loreto for their services, prayers and unwavering faith during Alyce's seven years in their care. Friends may call Thursday from 9-10 a.m. at the House of Loreto followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. with Father Edward Beneleit as celebrant. Burial will be in Warstler Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be offered to House of Loreto.
