Amaysa Lee Ann Sams

Amaysa Lee Ann Sams of Canton who was born on February 1, 2015 passed away Sunday, June 19, 2016. She is survived by her mother, Jessica Affolter, father, Alexander Sams, sister, Peyton Sams, grandparents, Randall and Pamela Affolter, Michelle and Lawrence Kopp Jr., Robert and Mary Sams, great-grandparents, Carolyn Dupler, Francis Affolter, Karleen and John Judge, Carol Anthony, William Sams, Valerie Miller, Lawrence Kopp Sr. and Harry and Sharon Saunier and many aunts, uncles, and cousins. Service will be Friday at 10 a.m. in the Lamiell Funeral Home with Pastor Jeff Sanders officiating. Burial will be in Oakwood Cemetery. Friends may call Thursday from 6-8 p.m. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Akron Children's Hospital.
