Anthony B. “Tony” Manfred

Anthony B. "Tony" Manfred died at home on Saturday July 21st in Canton, Ohio after a lengthy illness. He was born March 15, 1950, the son of the late Jerry "Toots" and Mickey Quattrone Manfred. Tony graduated from Steubenville High School. He attended St. Anthony's Catholic Church in Canton where he also volunteered. Besides his parents, Tony is preceded in death by his sister Virginia Milewsky, nephew Joseph Gray and brother-in-law Doug Gilham. Tony is survived by his children Jennifer (Major Arma) Peltier, Kevin (fiancée Amanda) and Nicholas (fiancée Nora) Manfred. He is also survived by his siblings Jerry Jo Gilham, Patricia "Tish" Manfred, Judy Manfred (Mike Banovsky), and Joseph Manfred; his grandchildren Christian and Finley Peltier; nephews Dominic (Missy) and Jarred Gilham, niece Nicole Manfred Ensell, great nephew Gabriel Ensell, and great niece Cecelia "Cece" Gilham; the mother of his daughter Cindy Harrison, and the mother of his sons Marsha Manfred. The family will receive friends on Saturday July 28th from 9:30 am to 10:00 am at Holy Family Catholic Church. A mass will be celebrated by Monsignor Gerald Calovini at 10:00 am. An open house will be held at Manfred's following the mass. Burial will be private.
