Armetta J. Contrucci

Armetta J. Contrucci Heaven gained a stylish and spunky angel, Armetta J. "Amy" Gates Contrucci on Thursday, November 18, 2021. She was born on December 23, 1930 to the late Victor Cameron and Abbigail Boord. She was a life-long member of the Canton Baptist Temple. She is also preceded in death by her husband and forever dance partner, Gerald "Jerry" Contrucci; her brothers, Victor and Nelson Cameron; sister Mary Ornouski; son-in-law, Bill Wilson and sister-in-law, Anna Saracina. Survived by daughters, Bonnie Harper (son-in-law Rich Lus) and Kathy Wilson; son, Ron Gates (daughter-in-law, Linda) and stepson, Larry Contrucci; grandchildren, Kim, Shelley, Nicki, Laura (Kevin), Stephanie, Paul (Danielle), Brad (Breena), Randi (Jarred), Justin and Kyle; great-grandchildren, Erika (Mike), Raechel, Noah, David, Alexis, Ashley, Zachary, Madison, Alyssa, Dylan, Nathan, Aidan, Alec, Brandon, Holly, Sophie, Charlee, Tucker, Tyson, Jake and Tyson; and great-great grandsons, Zeke and CJ. A service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, November 27, 2021 at Rose Hill Memorial Gardens & Mausoleum, 3655 Wales Rd., NW, Massillon, OH 44646 with Pastor Jake Tovissi officiating.
