Austin W. Carosello, loving husband, father, grandfather passed away at the age of 89 on Saturday morning at the Truman House in New Philadelphia, Ohio. Born in Harrisburg to the late Dominic and Annette (Pastor) Carosello. Army Veteran of World War II, retired from both Diamond Portland Cement and Ford Motor Company. Active member of Little Flower Catholic Church and Men's Club. Survived by his wife of 67 years, Elinor Carosello, two sons, Lance (Sharon) Carosello, and Larry (Laura) Carosello, four grandchildren, Lance, Chad, Devonni, Dominic, seven great-grandchildren, two sisters, Linda (Cal) Lanza and Sylvia Alexander and two brothers, John and Thomas (Kathy) Carosello. Preceded in death by three sisters, Loretta Fagen, Jo Ann Carosello and Lucille Troyer. Friends may call Tuesday from 9-11 a.m. at Little Flower Catholic Church with a Mass of Christian Burial to follow at 11 a.m. with Father Leo Wehrlin as celebrant. Burial in North Lawn Cemetery.
