BARBARA L. UDECK

Barbara L. Udeck of Canton, Ohio, passed away the morning of May 7, 2024. She was 86. She was born April 13, 1938, to the late James Montgomery and Mariam (Hughes) Stanclift. She was also preceded in death by her stepfather, John Stanclift.

A lifelong Canton resident, Barbara was a 1956 graduate of Lehman High School and served as president and treasurer of the Alumni Association. Devoting her life to her family, she gave unselfishly of herself with unconditional love and support.

She had been a member of Basilica of St. John the Baptist.

Barbara will be deeply missed by those who survive; daughters, Andrea (Jim) McCauley, Kristen (Jeffrey) Rogers; sons, Gregory Udeck, Andrew (Kristin Venables) Udeck, II; grandchildren, Stephanie and  Eddie Lee, B.J. and Erica Barley, Matthew, Ryan, and Connor Rogers; and five great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be Monday, May 13, 2024, from 4:00 to 5:00 PM, Lamiell Funeral Home, 1353 Cleveland Avenue, NW, Canton, where the service will follow immediately at 5:00 PM. Private interment will take place at St. John Catholic Cemetery.
