Beth Ann Ploucha, 56, of North Canton, passed away suddenly on Friday November 5, 2021 following a year of declining health. Beth was born on September 29, 1965 in Canton, Ohio to the late Ronald Raucci and Ruth (Rice) Raucci.
Beth was a graduate of Perry High School. After graduating from high school, she began a successful business career due to her outgoing personality and outstanding work ethic. Early in her business career, she had the opportunity to travel throughout the East Coast and was given the responsibility to open multiple new stores for Schottenstein's and Value City. She then went to work for Costigan's Office Supply where she was a very successful sale representative. With the birth of her beloved children, she gave up her business career and raised them in beautiful North Canton. Recently, until her illness did not allow her to work , she worked at Mohler's True Value Hardware, which was an experience she thoroughly enjoyed.
Beth will be greatly missed by Tony Ploucha, her husband of 21 years; her heartbroken children Anthony and Sophia; her mother Ruth Raucci, stepfather Nick Nitzu; her sisters Ronda Raucci of Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, Karen Lazar (Lester) of Jackson Township, and Renee Raucci of Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. Nieces Haley Ploucha and Lola Lazar , nephews Austin Mahoney and Connor Ploucha. Beth is preceded in death by her father, Ronald Raucci.
Beth was a loving wife and mother who always put others in front of her. She enjoyed volunteering at St Paul's School and was so proud of her children's many academic accomplishments--especially their debate team successes at North Canton Hoover High School.
Beth touched the lives of many with that beautiful smile that we will always cherish.
