Bonavere "Bonnie" (Flagg) Hanood

BonaVere "Bonnie" (Flagg) Hanood died Thursday on her 80th birthday. She had lived in North Canton most of her life, was a graduate of North Canton High School and was a retired electrologist – one of the top in the state. Survived by her husband, Louis Hanood, daughters, Leigh Ann (Jesus) De La Cruz and Johnna Hanood and grandchildren, Matthew, Charles and Johanna. Preceded in death by her parents, James Francis Flagg and Bernice Ellen (Janson) Flagg. The family would like to thank all those at Mercy Medical Center who showed loving care while attending to Bonnie's needs these last few weeks. Friends may call Sunday from 6-8 p.m. at the Lamiell Funeral Home followed by a prayer service at 8 p.m. with Father Joseph Witmer officiating. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Wounded Warrior Project or Saint Jude Children's Hospital.
