Bonnie Lee McNutt, 69, beloved wife, mother, daughter, sister and grandmother,
went home to be with our Lord and Savior on June 19th, 2022, after a long,
valiant struggle with diabetes.
She is preceded in death by her son, Scott McNutt and mother, Margaret.
Bonnie is lovingly survived by husband of 54 years, Larry Mcnutt Sr.,
four siblings, two sons, Larry McNutt Jr. (Lisa) and Todd McNutt,
as well as her grandchildren, nieces, nephews and great-grandchildren.
Born on July 12th, 1952, Bonnie grew up as a typical little girl with big
dreams. She attended Bolivar high school,
before meeting and marrying husband, Larry Sr. in 1967.
Together, they created a family and shared three sons.
While the children were small, Bonnie worked multiple jobs
to help make ends meet, including being a hostess at Bob's Big Boy
and as a manufacturer at M & R Plastics in Canton, Ohio for several years.
She also worked on the side, as a caregiver for various clients.
Bonnie's had great passion for crafting, loved to cook, bake and garden.
She and her husband were true soulmates.
They gladly opened their home to anyone who needed a place to stay
during difficult times, be they friends or family.
They loved attending the annual McNutt family reunion together until
their health would no longer allow.
They made a terrific team, an unforgettable duo and were inseparable to the very end.
Sadly, Bonnie spent much of the remaining years of her life
confined to a wheelchair in her home, unable to see or walk,
as a result of complications due to her diabetes.
Her bravery throughout this tragic disease is commendable.
Bonnie was deeply loved and will be greatly missed by those who knew her best.
The immediate family has chosen to hold a private ceremony in Bonnie's memory.
In Lieu of Flowers, donations can be made in Bonnie's name to the American Diabetes Association.
