Brent "Rocky" Burton

Brent "Rocky" Burton, a loving husband, father, grandfather, brother and uncle passed away on September 25, 2022. Brent was born on September 12, 1950 in Canton, Ohio to his parents, Ben and Rose (Martino) Burton. Brent graduated from Lincoln High School in 1968 and went on to work at the Anheuser Busch company for many years before starting many of his own businesses. Brent loved sharing his home on Meyers Lake with family and friends and enjoyed the warm Florida weather in the winter. Brent will be remembered for always being the life of a party, who never failed to dance and make others around him cry from laughing. His radiating personality will be forever missed. Brent is survived by his devoted wife, Susan (Haag) Burton and their beloved dog, Bailey; his children, Ryan (Jennifer) Burton, Katy (Deco) Vinas, Matthew (Dominique) McKelley, and Chrissy McKelley; his 12 grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews; his three sisters Patricia (Rick) Riley, Loraine Merryman, Kathy Reale and is preceded in death by his parents and brother David Burton. A celebration of life will be held for Brent on Sunday, October 9, 2022 from 2:00-6:00 PM at the Conestoga Grille in downtown Canton, Ohio.
