Callie Bell Tootle-Cramer, age 36, born in Canton, passed peacefully into the loving arms of our Heavenly Father at her home on March 12, 2025. Callie was a free-spirited visionary who pushed through many obstacles to work towards making her dreams come true, never losing her passion.

She is survived by 1 daughter, LillyAnne Cramer (age 15); Parents: Kevin Cramer (Cheryl), and Ramona Chessman-Lapp;Grandparents: Dan and Pat Cramer aka "Bubba" and "Pa"; Siblings: Gregory Smith (Trisha); Chris Wright (Morgan), Eric Smith, Kyle Smith, Alex Smith, Corey Cramer, Caitlyn Smith, Andrew Cramer, Erin Cramer, Samantha Lapp, Justin Novak, Nicholas Novak; and many other beloved family members.

As important to Callie as her family above, was her love for the family she made in the community that she so loved. Following years of working in different positions including management at various local restaurants, Callie was co-owner of Sunrise Cafe in Canton and put all she had into it, not only to provide a service to their beloved customers who instantly became friends, but it was her passion to make everyone feel welcome and accepted there, regardless of their walk of life.

She was passionate about her beliefs in building a successful business and leaving a legacy for her daughter as well as for her co-owner. In addition to operating the restaurant, she was a member of the Union Association of plumbers and pipefitters Local 94 in Canton, having completed 5 years of the apprenticeship to become a journeyman.

She loved attending music festivals and concerts. Playing cards and strategy games was another passion of Callie's. Her love for chess and traveling to tournaments in various cities and states was always exciting to her, even as early as her middle school years. She was an avid reader, and would not hesitate to jump in and research things she had an interest in, including tracing her genealogy back several generations.

It would not be right if we did not also share Callie's love of wrestling. From an early age, she was involved in a full-on backyard-wrestling operation, later began an indie-professional wrestling promotion company, and made it a priority not to miss WrestleMania annually.

A peaceful and welcoming time of celebration will be held on Saturday, March 15, 2025. Friends and family are invited to call from 3:00pm - 5:00pm with a service to follow immediately at 5:00 pm at Lamiell Funeral Home at 1353 Cleveland Ave. N.W. Canton, Ohio 44703. There will then be a time of food and fellowship to celebrate more of Callie's life at the Local 94 Plumbers and Pipefitters hall.

The family asks that all attending wear vibrant colors because Callie would have liked to see us all dressed in color, as that is the way she lived her life - vibrant and fully alive.
