Carolyn M. Kell

Carolyn M. Kell, age 88, passed away peacefully on May 7, 2026. She was born September 14, 1937 in Canton, Ohio to Donald W. and Kathryn S. Kell. She lived a quiet, meaningful life and was known for her kindness.

A lifelong resident of Canton, she was a graduate of Lehman High School, Wittenburg University, and a devoted, lifelong member of Zion Lutheran Church of Canton. She retired from the North Canton City Schools, where she taught elementary school for 30 years.

She is survived by several cousins, and her aunt, Dorothy Diebel. She was preceded in death by her parents.

Funeral services will be held on May 12, 2026 at 11:00 a.m., Lamiell Funeral Home, Canton. Interment will follow at Sunset Hills Burial Park, Canton.

In lieu of flowers, Memorial Contributions may be made to the Salvation Army Canton Corps, or Stark County Humane Society.
