David Michael Serra

David Michael Serra, age 62, passed away on January 24, 2018, with his family at his side, after a courageous six year fight against cancer. Preceded in death by his father, Jacques David Serra. David is survived by his mother, Dorothea (Jake) Serra; sister, Catherine M. (Michael) Taylor; brother, Thomas J. (Debbie) Serra; niece, Jaclyn Serra Taylor (Mychal Conrad); great nephew, Mason Mychal Conrad; nephew, Christopher Michael Taylor (fiancé Cassie Vedros). David was a 1973 graduate of Central Catholic High School and a 1977 graduate of Walsh University. At the time of his passing, David was Executive Vice President of Delta Business Forms, a division of Sliman's Printery. David was also past President of the West Manor Homeowner's Association and a past member of the F.O.P.A. David's favorite pastimes were spending time with his family and playing golf with his buddies. David will be dearly missed. Mass of Christian Burial will be Monday at 10 a.m. at Saint Joan of Arc Catholic Church with Father G. David Weikart as celebrant. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery. Friends may call Sunday from 1-3 p.m. at the Lamiell Funeral Home.
