Debra Hall, 66, passed away peacefully May 17, 2026. Born November 13, 1959, in Millersburg, Ohio, she was a woman of quiet strength, deep compassion, and unwavering dedication to helping others.

For many years, she was deeply involved in Al‑Anon, where she offered guidance, understanding, and hope to countless individuals and families. Her service there was not just a commitment but a calling, and she touched many lives with her empathy and wisdom.

Professionally, Debra devoted 25 years to Jobs and Family Services, working as an analyst. Her colleagues remember her as dependable, thoughtful, and dedicated to improving the lives of the families she served.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Odis and Erma (Brumfield) Reynolds and her sister, Lynette. She is survived by her husband of 43 years, Tracey Hall, Jr., with whom she shared a loving, devoted, and wonderful marriage that strengthened with every passing year. She is also survived by her son, Dustin and his wife Amy; granddaughter, Nora June Hall; three sisters, Carol, Linda, and Sue Ellen; two brothers, Mike and Gary; and many extended family members and friends who will hold her memory in their hearts.
