Erin Leah (Jacobsen) Kolm

Erin Leah (Jacobsen) Kolm age 38, wife and mother passed away peacefully Friday, April 9 after a long illness. She was born in Tulsa, Oklahoma on May 27, 1982 to the late John and Deborah Jacobsen but was a life resident of Canton. Erin was a graduate of Canton South High School and a homemaker who was devoted to her dogs Lucious, Pebbles and Sweetie and cats Titan and Athena. She is preceded in death by her sister Shanna Beth Jacobsen, grandparents James and Anna Jacobsen and grandmother Alma Shannon. She is survived by her loving husband Adam ,son Chase Burch, brother Joshua Allmen, grandfather James Shannon and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. Graveside services will be held Monday, April 12, 2021 @ 12 noon at Sunset Hills Memory Garden, 5001 Everhard Rd N.W for family and friends with Rev. Justin Smith officiating. In lieu of flowers donations may be sent to the Humane Society of Stark County in memory of Erin Kolm
