Erma G. Frew

Erma G. Frew, 99, died Tuesday. Born in Roswell, Ohio she had lived in Canton most of her life till moving to Damascus, OR. Erma was retired from Rapport's and a member of Saint Joseph Catholic Church. Preceded in death by her husband, William Frew, daughter, Kathy Damewood, sisters, Mary Vaccaro, Jo Fischio, Clara Virzi and Helen Sacherman, brothers, Amico, Patsy, Frank, and Vincent Fischio and step granddaughter, Jodi Moriarty. Survived by her granddaughters, Jennifer (Arthur) Kouns, Nicole Kelley and Taylor Kelley, great-grandchildren, Chloe and James Kouns, step daughter, Sherry Phillips and step granddaughter, Rachel (Erich) Leaverton and step great grandchildren, Bridgette and Ian Leaverton. Family and friends will meet on Wednesday at 10 a.m. at Saint Joseph Catholic Church for A Mass of Christian Burial with Fr. Brian Cline as celebrant. Entombment will be in Calvary Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Saint Joseph Catholic Church.
