Gail G. (Ferron) Schrodt

Gail G. (Ferron) Schrodt (August 25, 1966 – May 12. 2021) Gail Schrodt, age 54, was peacefully taken by the angels to Heaven on Wednesday, May 12, 2021, following a courageous fight with cancer. Gail was preceded in death by her brother Thomas Ferron and is survived by her beautiful daughter, Brianna Schrodt of Nolansville, TN; her loving parents Patrick and Muriel "Bobbie" Ferron; and her devoted sisters Debbie (C. Michael) Rutherford of Akron and Peggy (Michael) Nolan of Mason, and their families. She will be missed by her many friends and Bankers Life clients in Tennessee. Gail Schrodt was born in Los Angeles, California on August 25, 1966. She graduated from St. Thomas Aquinas. She earned a BA from Miami of Ohio and a MEd from Xavier University. Gail loved all animals and was an avid bird-watcher. The family wishes to express their sincere gratitude to the Sisters and staff of House of Loreto for their attentive and loving care. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at the Basilica of St John the Baptist, 627 McKinley Ave NW, Canton, OH 44703 on Saturday, May 15, 2021, at 10 a.m. with the Very Reverend John Sheridan, STL-Rector as celebrant. A Mass in memory of Gail will be celebrated at St Jude Catholic Church, 930 Ashland Terrace, Chattanooga, TN 37415, on June 5, 2021, at 5pm, with entombment immediately following in the St Jude Columbarium.
