Gloria Brough Quinn, 93, of Canton passed away peacefully February 3, 2018. Gloria was born at home in Bowerston, Ohio to James W. and Viola Mae (Wilson) Brough, August 10, 1924. She moved to Canton, Ohio at the age of 6, attended Summit Elementary and graduated from Lehman High School in 1942. Gloria married John B. Quinn on January 19, 1946. They recently celebrated 72 years of marriage.
Gloria was a member of John Knox Presbyterian Church, The Lehman Alumni Association and had served her community in many ways. She enjoyed gardening and playing bridge, but she especially loved spending time with her family. Gloria will be remembered for her beautiful smile, her sense of humor and the love and care she showed to so many.
She is survived by her husband, John, children; John B. (Jane) Quinn, Jr. of Wyoming, OH, Katherine Q. (David) Findley of Millersburg, OH and Thomas J. Quinn of Canton, grandchildren; Carrie (CJ) Meiners of Cincinnati, Elizabeth (Rice Bell) Findley and Thomas Q. Findley of Millersburg, great-grandchildren; Maggie, Abby and Kate Meiners and Quinn and Elise Findley, brother; John W. (Alma) Brough of North Myrtle Beach, SC and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, sister, Frances Louise Ringle and granddaughter, Maggie Quinn.

Per Gloria's request there will be no calling hours. A graveside service for family and friends will be held at West Lawn Cemetery at 11:00, Saturday, February 10, 2018 with Rev. Tom Houston presiding.
