Irmtrud Rippert

Irmtrud Rippert, age 75, died Tuesday, July 31 after brief illness. Born in Giessen, Germany she immigrated to United States in 1961 and had lived in Canton since 1991. She was employed by Sprint starting as a draftsperson working her way up to engineer, then worked accounting for Winn's RV. Irmtrud met Wolfgang Rippert as a teenager in Germany and was reunited many years later in United States marrying in 1993. In addition to her husband she is survived by her daughter, Monica "Kiki" Joyce (Brent Davis) Hayden Carroll, step daughter, Christine (Eric Gonzalez) Rippert, step son, Eric (Kandi) Rippert, and grandsons, Dylan Taylor Hayden Carroll and Marcus Allen Carroll. Preceded in death by her parents, Wilhelm and Margerata Itter Pfannkuchen, former husband, John Wayne Hayden and former in-laws, John & Jessie Hayden. Services are private.
