James Edward Heckle

James Edward Heckle, age 36, died Saturday due to complications from Leukemia. He was a life resident of Canton, 1998 graduate of Timken High School and was employed at Shearers Foods. James was a member of the Louisville Baptist Temple and was an avid fisherman, X Box player and disc golfer. Survived by his mother, Jane Heckle of Canton, brother, Jon (Bridgette) Heckle of Massillon, niece, Lily Heckle, ex-wife, Amy Caldwell of Canton, uncle, Dan (Rena) Meighen and their son, Brandon of Canton and aunts, Karen (Rich) Kocker of Paris, Ohio and Linda (Gary) Norman of Louisville. Preceded in death by his father, James L. Heckle. Friends may call Tuesday (TODAY) from 5-7 p.m. at the Louisville Baptist Temple followed by a service at 7 p.m. with Pastor Carmen Copeland officiating. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the American Cancer Society or the Louisville Baptist Temple.
