Jane M. (Meighen) Heckle

Jane M. (Meighen) Heckle, age 66, died Saturday after a short illness. She was a life resident of the Canton, 1979 graduate of Lincoln High School, had been a cook at Mary's Restaurant and the worked at Time Warner. Jane was a member of the Louisville Baptist Temple. Preceded in death by her husband, James L. Heckle, son, James E. Heckle and parents, Denver and Katherine Meighen. Survived by her son, Jon (Bridgette) Heckle of Massillon, granddaughter, Lily Heckle, sisters, Linda (Gary) Norman of Louisville, and Karen (Rich) Kocher of Paris, Ohio and brother, Dan (Rena) Meighen and his son, Brendan Meighen all of Canton. Services will be Thursday at 6 p.m. at the Louisville Baptist Temple with Pastor Mike Harmon officiating. Burial will be in West Lawn Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Louisville Baptist Temple or the Stark County Humane Society.
