Jill Machan

Jill Machan, age 84 of Louisville passed away Sunday, August 29, 2021 at home. She was born August 12, 1937 in Canton, the daughter of the late James and Violet Rainsberger. Also preceded in death by a brother, Jack Rainsberger and husband, Donald Machan. Jill is survived by her daughter, Diann (Chuck) Shoenfelt, sons, Richard Dentler, Dennis Dentler, Douglas (Lisa) Dentler and David (Robin) Dentler, ten grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren. Jill loved the McKinley Bulldogs, Vegas trips, and going to Ireland with Diann. Her final resting place will be Sunset Hills Burial Park in Canton. As per her wishes services were private. "God saw Mom was getting tired and a cure was not to be, so he put his arms around her and whispered "Come with Me." With tear-filled eyes we watched her suffer and fade away. Although we loved her deeply, we could not make her stay. A golden heart stopped beating, loving hands put to rest. God broke our hearts to prove, He only takes the best."
