Joyce I. Huntsman

Peacefully on the morning of September 17, 2025, Joyce Huntsman took the hand God offered her.

Joyce was born in Alliance, Ohio on August 17, 1948, to parents, Jesse and Erma (Carson) Cullison, who have preceded her in death. She is also preceded in death by her husband, Robert and brother, Daniel.

Devoted to her family, she was always there to nurture, teach, and guide them, as well as offering comfort and strength for every stage of their lives. She enjoyed knitting, crocheting, word search puzzles, and Bingo at St. Luke's Nursing Home.

Her faith was her daily guide, and her roots were firmly planted as a 50 plus year member of Canton Baptist Temple, where she taught Sunday school. Joyce was a prayer warrior, praying for all needing God's will in various situations.

Joyce is survived by her daughter, Kathy (Damian) Zimmerman and her grand puppy, Oscar. She adored Oscar and they were the best of friends.

A Graveside Service will be held on Monday, September 22, 2025, at 11:00 AM, Evergreen Memorial Gardens in Louisville. Pastor Bob Hutton will officiate.
