Linda L. Fraleigh

Linda L. Fraleigh passed away Sunday August 14, 2022. She was born in Canton, Ohio on August 6, 1947. She graduated from Glenwood High School in 1965. She became a beautician and later an optician, working at Eisenbrei Plaza Optical. Linda could knit, sew, appliqué and cross stitch. Many crafts became beloved keepsakes for her family and friends. She scuba dived, snow skied, gardened and was an excellent marksman. Linda was a photographer and a reader but her greatest accomplishment was the care and love she gave to her rescued dogs and cats over the years. She is preceded in death by her husband Kenneth Fraleigh, her father Muzz Eisenbrei and her sister-in- law Darlene Fraleigh. Linda is survived by her mother Betty Eisenbrei, son Kenny (Kandy) Fraleigh, four grandchildren, her brothers Robert (Lois) Eisenbrei, Greg (Carol) Eisenbrei, Mark ( Loretta) Eisenbrei, David (Sonie) Eisenbrei, long time friend Brian Griggy and many nieces, nephews, grand nieces and grand nephews. The family would like to extend their gratitude to Kathy Griggy for her unconditional love and support and to to staff of ICU nurses at Mercy Medical Center for their compassionate care. Family and friends will be received on Friday, August 19 from 1-2 pm at Lamiell Funeral Home 1353 Cleveland Ave. NW, Canton, Ohio 44703. Burial will follow in North Lawn Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to American Diabetes Association or Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation.
