Linda M. (Vignos) Pavona

Linda M. (Vignos) Pavona, age 62, passed away Monday. She had lived in Canton most of her life until moving to Texas in 1995. Linda was a 1973 graduate of Central Catholic High School and was active in many charitable organizations in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area. Survived by her husband, Chuck Pavona, daughters, Katharine (Trent) Arms of Canton and Chelsea Pavona of Grapevine, Texas, mother, Alice Vignos of North Canton, sisters, Anne (Basil) Galiano of Davie, Florida, Charlene Anthony and Laura (Michael) Ball of North Canton and Loraine (Jon) Aurand of Canton and brothers, Terry (Wendi) Vignos and Scott (Heather) Vignos of Massillon. Preceded in death by her father, Thomas Vignos and brother, Philip Vignos. Friends may call Friday from 9-10:15 a.m. at the Lamiell Funeral Home with a Mass of Christian Burial to follow at 11 a.m. at Saint Paul Catholic Church (North Canton) with Father Daniel Finnerty as celebrant. Entombment will be in the North Lawn Cemetery Mausoleum. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Cancer Assistance Fund of North Texas, 800 West Magnolia, Ft. Worth, Texas 76104.
