Lois K. (Houdeshell) Hanson

Lois K. (Houdeshell) Hanson, 82, died Thursday. Born in Sac City, Iowa, she had lived in Canton most of her life. Lois was a member of Holy Cross Lutheran Church and had volunteered for Meals On Wheels. Survived by her husband of 62 Years, Darwin Hanson, daughters, Vicki (Ray Roessner) Sutek and Pam (Michael) Hunt, sons, Craig (Cindy) Hanson and Curt (Melissa) Hanson, grandchildren, Kelli, Nicholas, Jacob, Adam, Kayla, Andrew and Caden and great grandsons, Ryan, Brenden and Jacob. Preceded in death by a brother, Donald Houdeshell. Family and friends may call Saturday from 9-10 a.m. at Holy Cross Lutheran Church followed by a service at 10 a.m. with Pastor Anders Davidson officiating. Burial will be in Warstler Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
