Margaret "Marge" Leghart

Margaret "Marge" (Schweizer) Leghart, age 90, died Friday surrounded by her family. Born in Pittsburgh, she had lived in Canton most of her life. Marge was a 1946 graduate of Timken Vocational High School, had worked at G.E. Capital and was a member of Saint Anthony/All Saints Catholic Church. Preceded in death by her husband, Michael "Jack" Leghart, grandson, Bobby Rex, sister, Joan Simpkins and brothers, Bill and Joe Schweizer. Survived by her daughters, Lori (Bob) Rex of Canton and Judy Bennett of Ravenna, sons, Mike (Darlene) Leghart of Canton, Marty (Elsie) Leghart of Glendora, California, Mark (Sue) Leghart of Canton and Frank (Fran) Leghart of Carrollton, 20 grandchildren, 46 great-grandchildren, brother, Dave Schweizer of Louisville and sister-in-law, Ginny Schweizer of Canton. Mass of Christian Burial will be Tuesday at 10 a.m. at Saint Anthony/All Saints Catholic Church with Fr. Tom Bishop as celebrant. Burial will be in Sunset Hills Memory Gardens Cemetery. Friends may call Monday from 6-8 p.m. at the Lamiell Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Saint Anthony/All Saints Catholic Church.
