Margaret M. Skalsky

Margaret R. Skalsky, born May 20, 1927 in Canton, Ohio, passed away August 12, 2021 at Canton Christian Home. She is survived by her son, Richard Skalsky, daughter in law, Mrs. Denise Skalsky (Chuck); grandchildren, Meghan (Skalsky) Hooley and Charlie Skalsky. Margaret was also able to meet two great granddaughters, Madelyn and Amelia Hooley. Margaret taught elementary school in Jackson Public Schools. Nurse Kelly, a former fourth grade student, was with her when she passed. Margaret was preceded in death by her husband, Chuck Skalsky; son, Chuck Skalsky; son, Ronald Skalsky; and her beloved brother and sister, Joseph and Florence Wolkan. Services were provided by St. Michael's Catholic Church where Margaret was a parishioner.
