Mark Richard Cargyle,58 of Perry Township went to be the Lord on December 02, 2020, after a 12 month vigorous battle with throat cancer. He was born July 22, 1962 in Independence, MO. He graduated from Truman High School in Independence, MO. in 1980. Mark loved to tell everyone that he had married his high school sweetheart. Mark and Barb started dating in the 10th grade, their first date was on December 22, 1977 and they got married on June 5th, 1982. In 1982 Mark and Barb moved to Houston, Tx. Mark went to the building dept. and was told he was too young to pass all the tests required to hold an HVAC license. Once Mark arrived to check on his status, they told him, he not only passed but had aced all three with a 98% passing grade. Mark was 22 when he attained his first certified licenses for: HVAC, Refrigeration & Hydronics. Mark was the founder and owner of C & S Heating-Cooling with his wife Barbara since September 6th, 1996. Marks insatiable work ethics, sharp intellect, and concerns for others earned him great respect throughout the heating & cooling community as a good guy, reliable, fair & honest. Mark enjoyed going to concerts, golf outings and trips to Vegas with his buddies. He was very comfortable hanging out at the bar and talking to .... EVERYONE. He looked forward to the Friday Fun Night with the family. He was a lifelong Chiefs fan and a loyal Ohio State Buckeye fan. Mark was a Christian who believed in Jesus Christ as our Savior and recounted many blessings throughout his life. He passed away peacefully at his home surrounded by family.
