Mary L. Miday

Mary L. Miday, 79, of Canton, passed away peacefully Thursday, January 12, 2017, at home with her family at her side. Born in Canton, Ohio on March 22, 1937 to the late Charles and Ethel Wycuff. She was a member of Christ the Servant Parish. She enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her husband, and playing cards. She is survived by her husband of 55 years, Paul; four children: Beverly (David) Booth of Canton, Lisa (Dennis) Mann of North Canton, Andrew (Tisha) Miday of Louisville and Gregory (Jill) Miday of North Canton; six grandchildren, one great-grandchild; brother, C. Edward (Connie) Wycuff of Lakeland, Florida and a sister, Ruth (Jerry) Strange of Sebring, Florida. A special thanks to Crossroads Hospice for their care and support. Family and friends will be received Sunday afternoon, January 15, 2017 from 2-4 p.m. at the Lamiell Funeral Home. A Mass of Christian Burial will be Monday, January 16, 2017 at 10 a.m. at Christ the Servant Parish, 833 39th Street NW, Canton, with Monsignor Lewis Gaetano as celebrant. Burial will be in Saint Louis Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Christ the Servant Parish or Crossroads Hospice.
