MARY E. MUELLER

Mary E. Mueller passed away February 21, 2023, at the age of 88. She was born January 9, 1935 in Canton, Ohio to the late Jerome and Magdalen (Conrad) Mueller.

Also preceding Mary in death were her brothers, Robert, John, and Bernard Mueller; sister, Beatrice (Mueller) Schott; nephews, Bradley Mueller, Bob Mueller, Conrad Mueller, Mike Piecynski, Thomas Schott; and niece, Cheryl Schott. She is survived by sisters-in-law, Mary Mueller and Betsy Mueller; and many nieces and nephews.

A lifelong Canton resident, Mary retired from the Hoover Company after 50 years as the Customer Affairs specialist and was an officer of Pilot International. Strong in her Catholic faith, she was a founding member of Our Lady of Peace Catholic Church, where she served as a church lector and as lector at St. Paul Catholic Church in North Canton. She demonstrated her faith daily, and was involved in many charitable organizations.

Visitation for family and friends will be held on Sunday, February 26, 2023 from 3:00 to 6:00 pm, Lamiell Funeral Home, Canton. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Monday, February 27, 2023 at 11am, Christ the Servant Catholic Church, 833 39th Street, NW, Canton. Monsignor James Clarke celebrant, Rev. Scott Kolp concelebrant will preside. Interment will follow at St John's Catholic Cemetery, Canton.
