MICHAEL L. ROSE

Michael L. Rose, 67, of Canton passed away on Monday, October 9th.

Mike was born on February 23, 1956 to Jack and Betty (Janson) Rose in Canton. He graduated from St. Thomas Aquinas High School in 1974 and was an avid student athlete, holding a decades-long school track record.

He was preceded in death by his parents. He leaves behind two daughters, Caitlin Rose and Erin (John) Dacyczyn; and four grandchildren, Freja, Josephine, Jack, and Emmett. He is also survived by his siblings, Jack (Denise) Rose, Cindy (Steve) Collins, and Pam Rose; as well as numerous nieces and nephews. He also leaves behind a stepmother, Donna Rose.

Mike built his career as a salesman working for both the M. Conley Company and Joshen.

Mike lived life on the edge. He loved fast boats, fast cars, and nothing made him laugh harder than leaving tire marks at someone's home. He had an ornery sense of humor and made friends everywhere he went. If you met Mike, you remembered.

A private service will be held for immediate family members. A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
