Olga A. "Aunt Olga" Moses, age 103, died Wednesday. Born in Beacon, New York, she had lived in Canton since 1946. Olga was the former owner of Moses Grocery and had worked at Burger King from 1976-96. She was a member of Saint Mary Catholic Church (Canton), the Lebanese American Club and had volunteered at the House of Loreto. Preceded in death by her husband, Anthony "Tony" Moses, parents, Ashaia and Mary Beshara, sisters, Sadie Kazaka, Catherine Beshara, Josephine Beshara, Kafa Beshara and Rose Coury and brothers, George Beshare and Joseph Beshara. Survived by her sister, Sr. Dolores Beshara, Sister of Mercy in Bristol, Ct., nieces, Anita Coury, Sr. Regina Pacis, Theresa Beshara, Christine Cushman and Christa Rich, nephews, Lance and John Beshara and Fred Moses, many great-nieces, great-nephews, great-great-nieces, great-great-nephews, great-great-great-nieces and great-great-great-nephews. Mass of Christian Burial will be Monday at 10 a.m. at St. Mary Catholic Church (Canton) with Father Benson Okpara as celebrant. Burial in Saint Peter Cemetery. Friends may call Sunday from 2-5 p.m. at the Lamiell Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Basilica and National Shrine Our Lady of Lebanon in North Jackson, Ohio or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
