Pat Defrancesco

Pat DeFrancesco, age 88, died Sunday. Born in Cleveland, he had lived in North Canton most of his life. He was retired from Goodyear and a member of Saint Paul Catholic Church (North Canton). Survived by his wife of 59 years, Barbara DeFrancesco, daughters, Kathy (Joe) Bertsch, Judy DeFrancesco and Jennifer DeFrancesco, sons, Patrick (Elizabeth) DeFrancesco and John (Molly) DeFrancesco, grandchildren, Emily Bertsch, Sarah (Brian) Putka, Joseph (Andrea) Bertsch and Madison, Michael and Megan DeFrancesco, great-grandchildren, Liam, Grant and Brynlee Bertsch and loved family friends, Mary Kay Wilson and Denise Zerucha. Preceded in death by his parents, Francesco and Germania DeFrancesco and sister, Betty Basich. Mass of Christian Burial will be Friday at 10 a.m. at Saint Paul Catholic Church (North Canton) with Monsignor James Clarke as celebrant. Friends may call on Thursday from 6-8 p.m. at the Lamiell Funeral Home. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the House of Loreto or the Akron-Canton Food Bank.
