PATRICIA EILEEN COOK

Patricia Eileen Cook, lifelong resident of Canton, Ohio, passed away January 24, 2023, at Cleveland Clinic Mercy Hospital, at the age of 79. She was born on February 25, 1943 to the late Frank and Irene (Slovinsky) Bury.

In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her husband, Charles and son, Mark. Patricia is survived by her daughters, Kristen Cook, Tracy (John) Minger; son, Todd (Kristen) Cook; grandchildren, Zachary, Nicole, Jacob, Andrew, and Paige; cousins, Cheryl Bai and Chris Jukich; and lifelong friend, Vicki Spice; and her grand-puppies, Tank and Clara; and her grand-kitties.

Patricia never met a stranger. She was one who saw good in everyone and always shared a smile, positivity, and a genuine happiness. She had a passion in rescuing senior dogs. She was simply an amazing, mom, grandma, cousin, and friend. She touched the lives of many and will be truly missed.

A Graveside Service will be held Monday, January 30, 2023 at 11:30 AM, Sunset Hills Memory Gardens, 7920 Frank Avenue, NW, North Canton, Ohio. Father Edward Beneleit will preside.

In lieu of flowers, Memorial Contributions in Patricia's name may be made to the Humane Society of Stark County, 5100 Peach Street, NE, Louisville, Ohio 44641.
