Paula Marie Roden, age 48, died Monday due to heart complications. She was a life resident of Canton/North Canton area, 1991 graduate of Southgate School of Stark County D.D. and was employed at The Workshops of Stark County and Glenmoor Country Club. Paula was a member of Saint Paul Catholic Church (North Canton) and a former member of the Sounds of Silence Choir. Survived by her parents, Thomas and Carina (DeChellis) Roden, sisters, Laurie (Charles) Belles and Andrea (Thomas) Funk, nieces, Carina and Emily Belles and Marielle and Olivia Funk, nephew, Sam Funk, the love of her life, Christopher Florea and her extended family. Friends may call on Wednesday from 9:30-11 a.m. at Little Flower Catholic Church followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11 a.m. with Father Leo Wehrlin as celebrant. Private burial will be in Calvary Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the First Christian Church Adult Day Service Program or the House of Loreto.
