Richard C. Caldas, age 82, died Sunday. Born in Glassport, Pennsylvania he had lived in Canton most of his life. Richard was a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh, earned aMasters in Business Administration from the University of Akron and attended the Harvard Business School Advance Management Program. He was retired from the Timken Company and a member of Saint Michael the Archangel Catholic Church. Preceded in death by his wife of 60 years, Janet Caldas in 2020. Survived by his daughters, Lisa (Randall) Kappesser of Cincinnati, Debra (Jeffrey) McKelley of Canton and Kelly (William Richer) Spinosa of West Chester, 12 grandchildren, and seven great grandchildren. Mass of Christian Burial will be Friday at 1 p.m. at Saint Michael the Archangel Catholic Church with Father Benson Okparra as celebrant. Entombment will be in the Calvary Cemetery Mausoleum.
