RITA LIERMANN

Rita Liermann, "Aunt Rita," was born March 13, 1938 and was the youngest of eleven children of August and Bertha Liermann, all of which preceded her in death.

Leaving behind many nieces and nephews by blood, and even more by love, she became Aunt Rita to so many. Aunt Rita spent her life dedicated to serving the Lord while helping and volunteering to those in need. She lived a simple life, not filled with material items, but a life full of love.

While those around her may have had goals of obtaining certain things or being promoted to a higher position, Aunt Rita lived with one goal and that was to be with Jesus. She would talk about when that day would come with such eagerness and joy and wanted all of those left behind to celebrate her going home. So, while our hearts may be hurting, we will celebrate her life and know that she has reached her heavenly goal, and no doubt heard the words "well done thy good and faithful servant."

A private memorial celebration will be set for a later date.
