Rita M. (Crock) Schneider, age 94, died Monday. She was a life resident of the North Canton/Louisville area, 1941 graduate of Louisville High School, retired from Stern and Manns, member of Saint Paul Catholic Church (North Canton) and Saint Paul Altar and Rosary Society and an avid Cleveland Indians fan and card player. Preceded in death by her husband, Herman E. Schneider, daughter-in-law, Ginger Schneider, sisters, Mary Paumier, Eleanor Evrard, Rosa Kramer, Amelia Kagel and Lucy Smith and a brother, Joseph Crock. Survived by a daughter, Bonnie (Harvey) Roth of Austintown, sons, Dale (Marie) Schneider of New Baltimore, Michigan, Mark (Christine) Schneider of Newark, Delaware and Tim (Mary) Schneider of Canton, grandchildren, Chris (Jennine) Seebach, Carol (Michael) Wallace, Michelle (David) Mangine, Terrance (Jessica) Schneider, Stacy (Todd) Bingham, Bryan Schneider, Kathlene Schneider and Jacob Schneider, many great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren and nieces and nephews. Mass of Christian Burial will be Saturday at 10:30 a.m. at Saint Paul Catholic Church with Father Daniel Finnerty as celebrant. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery. Friends may call Friday from 6-8 p.m. at the Lamiell Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Crossroads Hospice.
