Roger Charleston

Roger Charleston, 84, passed away Tuesday. A graduate of Timken Vocational High School, he worked over 40 years for Ohio Power. He was a trustee and former board member at Community One Credit Union, St. Paul's UMC, Timken Alumni, Edgefield AARP & Ohio Power Retirees. He is survived by his wife of 63 years Sandra (Grimm), his daughters Amy (Ken) Patton of Oregon, Sara (Don) Battershell, and his sister Nancy all of Canton. In lieu of flowers the family suggests donations may be made to the Ohio Veterans Memorial Park in Clinton or to the Timken High School Alumni Association. A memorial service is being planned for a later date.
