Rosemarie Scheppler

November 29, 1930 — April 30, 2021

Rosemarie Scheppler 1930-2021 age 90, of North Canton, went home to be with the angels on April 30, 2021. She was born in Brooklyn, New York on Nov. 29, 1930 to the late Anthony and Angelina Cassonelli. Rosemarie was preceded in death by her husband of 70 years William John Scheppler. She is survived by her children of "5" daughter Angie Hill and son-in-law Ed Hill of Navarre, son William J Scheppler and daughter in-law Sherry Scheppler of Plain Local, daughter Toni Freeman and son-in-law John Freeman of Louisville, son Anthony Scheppler and daughter in-law Susan Scheppler of Green, son Kevin Scheppler and daughter in-law Leslie Scheppler of North Canton, and 18 Grandchildren, 7 great Grandchildren, 1 great great grandchild and two cats Frankie, Rocky and her German Shepard Betsy. The most important thing to her was her family. She loved all of us unconditionally. Additionally, she loved scratch-off lottery tickets and was hoping one day she would hit it big, not for herself, but so that children would not have to work so hard. She was a mother, a nana, and a friend. She listened, she gave advice, and made sure to texts us all in the morning to just say "Hi". She loved cooking all the favorite foods, and we lined up for her pasta. She taught us to pray, believe in Jesus, and pray for the unfortunate. Over the last 25 years, she donated to St Jude every month, no matter what, even if it was her last dime. It was never about herself; it was always about how she could help others and her children. She left a legacy that will be hard to live up to. Mother's hold their children's hands for a while, but their hearts forever. I truly never learned what the words 'I miss you' were until I reached for my mom's hand and it was not there. In life, we loved you dearly, in death we love you still. In our hearts you hold a place, no one else will ever fill. Mass will be held at St Paul's Church at 10 am in North Canton on May 7 with burial at Sunset Hills In lieu of flowers donations may be made to St Jude in memory Rosemarie Scheppler. https://www.stjude.org/give/memorials-and-dedications.html?sc_icid=wtg-lz-memorials
