Roy Edwin Marks

Roy Edwin Marks, age 64, died May 5, 2016 of a heart attack. He was a life resident of Canton, 1970 graduate of Oakwood High School, played baseball in the Detroit Tigers farm system, retired from Stark County Job and Family Services. Survived by his wife Robin (Starkey) Marks, daughters, Casey (Levi Fessler) Marks, Carrie (Richard) Wisse and Janay Johnson and sister, Jill Krisher. Preceded in death by his parents, Norman and Freda Marks, sister, Kay Marks and brother, Norman Marks Jr. Friends may call Wednesday from 6-8 p.m. at the Lamiell Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Lamiell Funeral Home to defray funeral expenses.
