Russell E. Davis

Russell E. Davis, 76, of Canton, Ohio passed away May 12, 2025 at the Inn of Belden Village. He was born in Canton, Ohio on September 6, 1948 to Norman and Jeannette (Mizere) Davis, who preceded him in death. He is also preceded in death by his wife, Mary Davis.

Russell was always fascinated with vehicles and worked as an auto mechanic until his retirement. He was an avid golfer playing several "3 and 1" matches, a thrilling and competitive style of play. He also enjoyed bowling and had a 299-point game, the second highest score in the game. Russell enjoyed the simple things in life and time spent with family and friends.

He is survived by his brother, Thomas (Diana) Davis; brother-in-law, Dale Mountz; and nephew, Adam Davis.

In keeping with Russell's wishes, there will be no visitation or service. His family would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to the Inn of Belden for their care given to Russell; as well as their support for his family.
