Ruth Ann Clem, age 66, died Tuesday after a short illness. Born in Baltimore, Maryland, she was formerly of Carrollton and most recently lived in North Canton. She had worked for the Federal Government for 38 years as a management support specialist and program analyst retiring in 2009. Ruth Ann was a member of Vo Ash Chapel in Carrollton. Services will be determined.
