Shelly Lee (Losey) Yokum

Shelly Lee (Losey) Yokum, age 52, died Wednesday after a battle with lung cancer, She was a life resident of Canton, a nurse assistant and enjoyed going out to dinner, bingo and working with senior citizens. Survived by beloved husband, Jeffery Yokum Sr., her mother, Nancy (Greg) (Lewis) Moore, her loving children, Treasia (Curtis Kuhn) Grogg, Phillip Grogg Jr, Chelsea (Jason) Morris, stepchildren, Ashley Yokum, Jerry Gardneir and Jeffrey (Jennifer) Yokum Jr., sisters, Kelly Losey, Glenda Grogg and Patricia (Dale) Swogger, stepsister, Nicole Moore, childhood best friend, of 40 years, Kymberlee Shumar, 14 grandchildren and her puppies, Princess, Tank and Diesel. Preceded in death by her father, Terry Losey, grandmother, Thelma Jean Waugh and nephew, William "Chipper" Grogg. Friends may call Saturday from 11 a.m.-1 p.m. at the Lamiell Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the American Cancer Society.
