Ted E. Duplain, age 84, loving husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather went home to be with the Lord on Wednesday April 12th. He was retired from the Coca-Cola Bottling Company and a member of the First Christian Church in Canton. Ted enjoyed reading the Bible, fishing, camping and gardening. Survived by his wife of 52 Years, Dolores (Shreffler) Duplain, daughters, Lynne Duplain, Dyane (Mark) Hice and Gayle (Stan) Prazer, son, Lenny (Debbie) Johnson, six grandchildren, five great-grandchildren and a sister, Grace Gilman. Preceded in death by his mother and step-father, Minnie and Burdett Watson and father, Ernest Duplain. Services will be Tuesday at 10 a.m. in the Lamiell Funeral Home with Minister Jeff Bullock officiating. Entombment will be in North Lawn Cemetery Mausoleum. Friends may call Monday from 4-7 p.m. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Common Goods c/o First Christian Church in Canton.
