TRACY A. MCCAFFREY

Tracy A. McCaffrey, 67, passed away December 20, 2022, after her courageous battle with cancer. She was born February 21, 1955, in Canton, Ohio, daughter of the late Frank W. and Frances P. (Portman) Miller. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her brother, Frank W. Miller, IV.

Tracy valued her community and was dedicated to giving back through her volunteer work with multiple organizations. She was a long-time member of the "Pink Crusaders," and treasured her time as a volunteer dog walker at the Humane Society of Stark County. She participated in Habitat for Humanity in the past, and along with numerous other charitable endeavors.

Tracy worked in many fields throughout her life, including as teacher's aide with Jackson Local Schools, as a banker with Charter One, and a salesperson at Hosner Carpet One. She had recently retired from Lexus of Akron-Canton and was enjoying her hard-earned retirement.

Tracy is survived by her daughter, Kelly Alatis (Nathan Reynolds) of Clarksville, Tennessee; sons, Tyler McCaffrey of Brooklyn, New York, Chase McCaffrey of San Francisco, California; grandchildren, Eleanor and Henry Reynolds; sister, Marke (Lon) Vickers of Dublin, Ohio; niece, Quinn (Matt) Montgomery and great-nephews Whitby and Merritt of Dublin, Ohio.

Tracy's family will be hosting a Celebration of Life in her honor on February 3, 2023 from 1-3pm at Lamiell Funeral Home.

In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully requests that donations be made to the Human Society of Stark County in Tracy's name.
