Virginia L. Hawk

Virginia L. Hawk, age 71, passed away suddenly on Wednesday, October 4, 2017. She was born in Canton on April 19, 1946 to the late Paul Vernon and Ethel Mae Milhoan and was an 1964 graduate of Canton McKinley High School. She sold Tiara Glassware for several years. Virginia was an avid Bingo player and enjoyed fishing, going for walks and going to the beach. She will be deeply missed by her family and friends. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, John W. Hawk, brother, John Milhoan and her dear friend, David Duncan. She leaves her four children, Paul (Lisa) Grant Sr. of Canton, William (Michelle White) Grant Sr. of Massillon, Christopher (Blaire) Grant Sr. of Alabama and Jennifer (Dwain) Wilson of Canton, 23 grandchildren, nine great grandchildren and her sister, Theresa Feiock. Services will be Tuesday at 10 a.m. in the Lamiell Funeral Home with Pastor David Taylor officiating. Burial will be in Grove Hill Cemetery in Hanoverton. Friends may call Monday from 6-8 p.m. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Lamiell Funeral Home to defray funeral expenses.
