WILLIAM C. ZIEGLER

William C. Ziegler, 75, of Canton, Ohio, passed away January 29, 2024 surrounded by his loving family. He was born in Canton, Ohio on September 17, 1948, to parents, Herbert C. and Gervasa (Ertle) Ziegler, who preceded him in death.

A graduate of The Ohio State University, Bill earned his degree in accounting and began working as a CPA. He soon returned to the family business in Canton and devoted 48 years to Ziegler Tire, leading the business to its current success.

In his past time, Bill enjoyed time with his wife and children, traveling to the Florida Keys, and always watching Ohio State sports. He was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church.

Bill is survived by his wife of 14 years, Diana Ziegler; daughters, Courtney and Taylor; sons, Patrick (Kelly) and Kyle; grandchildren, Payton (Erin) and Kendall.

Family and friends are welcome for visitation, Friday, February 2, 2024, from 4:00 to 7:00 PM, Lamiell Funeral Home, 1353 Cleveland Avenue, NW, Canton, where the funeral service will be held on Saturday, February 3, 2024 at 11:00 AM. Father Richard Pentello will preside. Interment will follow at Calvary Cemetery, Massillon.
